My experience at IMG academy has been like no other.
The people here truly make this place somewhere special to be. Normally, the content I've created over the years has fallen under a communications department. However at IMG Academy, their content team is in the marketing office. This difference had me change my view of how to create content. Originally, I was only creating content for social media that would have a life span of a week. Now, it was "How do I create content can can benefit the website, paid, email, branding AND socials?" Fortunately for me, I had an outstanding team who knew how to accomplish this. Not only did they help me shift to a marketing mindset, they also helped me grow in many other ways. I got career advice, learned how to use more of the Adobe Creative Cloud to my advantage, and overall became a better content creator.
